Flamin' Fajita
Mexican-style eating brings the whole family together for a glorious finger-food feast. Chicken is the classic choice. Rub in the spice blend before cooking or better still marinade as long as you can. We also love to marinade steak cut into strips and we add a pinch of our fajita seasoning to guacamole. It's even better sprinkled lightly onto sweet potato wedges served with sour cream but don't tell anyone!
