Mapuche focuses on traditions held dear by Chileans and marked by the seasons, unique cooking  styles reclaim native preparation in a way that is untamed, rustic, indigenous, and innovative all at once.

Dishes demonstrate the Mapuche interest in the relationship between food, health and mood, and in exploring historic techniques and recipes.

The team are intent on using methods passed down the generations, matched with wine and sourced from different Chilean viticulture regions..
