Cold tomato gazpacho soup served with sweet potato and piquillo pepper croquettes 

Fig and goats cheese tart with caramelised onions and thyme.

Roasted and toasted Butternut squash with pine nuts, Grilled baby egg plant with greek yogurt, pomegranate and lemon zest. Served with Jasmin rice & dried seasonal fruits.

Creme a Catalan 
Spanish custard made with orange lemon and cinnamon with a hard caramel topping.
