Originally a Tunisian condiment for couscous Harissa is now regarded as the go-to seasoning for all kinds of North African-style cooking from tagine to roast vegetables. We've made this version a tad hotter than we'd normally blend so if you're looking for some fierer roasted vegetables, a tagine with a kick or a spicy alternative to everyday roast chicken this is the one for you.
